CHSAssist

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using CHSAssist) and Clean Harvest Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration 2024/420266/07), Secunda, Mpumalanga, South Africa ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for CHSAssist you agree to them.

1. The service. CHSAssist is online software for service businesses: lead capture, follow-ups, booking, sending jobs to workers, job alerts, quotes and invoices, and reports. We may improve or change features over time. We will tell you before removing a feature you pay for.

2. Your account. You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your teammates do. You must be at least 18 and using CHSAssist for a business.

3. Price and billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars unless shown otherwise. Founding customers keep their founding price for as long as their subscription stays active; if it is cancelled, the current price applies on return. We may change prices for new customers at any time and will give existing customers at least 30 days' notice of any change.

4. Payments through Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Until online checkout opens, founding customers may instead pay through a secure payment link we send them; the same prices, cancellation rights and Refund Policy apply.

5. Cancelling. You can cancel any time from Plan & usage, or by emailing support@chsassist.com. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your data. You own the leads, customers, jobs, quotes and other content you put into CHSAssist. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export or ask us to delete it. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Messages you send. You are responsible for having permission to contact your customers and workers, and for following the laws that apply to you (for example US CAN-SPAM and TCPA, UK PECR, or South Africa's POPIA). Texts and calls use your own Twilio account and are billed by Twilio to you. Customer payments go through your own payment provider (such as Stripe, PayPal or Square); we never hold that money.

8. Acceptable use. Don't use CHSAssist to send spam, break the law, harass people, upload malicious code, try to access other customers' data, or resell the service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability. We work to keep CHSAssist running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may pause it briefly for maintenance.

10. Limitation of liability. CHSAssist is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be excluded.

11. Ending the agreement. You can stop at any time. We can end your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. After it ends you have 30 days to export your data before we delete it.

12. Changes to these terms. If we change these terms we'll update the date above and email account owners about important changes at least 14 days before they apply.

13. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

14. Contact. Clean Harvest Solutions (Pty) Ltd, 5116 Zambesi Street, Embalenhle Ext 9, Secunda, Mpumalanga, 2285, South Africa, support@chsassist.com.
